Flexit ProNordic L110R is a commercial air handling unit with a rotary heat exchanger, designed for commercial buildings in demanding Nordic climatic conditions. With a nominal airflow of 1 300 m³/h at 200 Pa (80 %/SFP 2) and a circular Ø315 mm duct connection, it covers ventilation for office buildings, schools, apartment buildings, retail spaces and fitness centres. Energy-efficient EC fans with radial B-wheels (2×500 W) and a heat exchanger component efficiency of 84 % ensure economical operation even in winter. The Siemens Climatix CS2500 control system with Modbus communication ensures easy integration into building management systems (BMS). Supplied as a right-hand variant in 400 V, easily convertible to left-hand variant and 230 V directly on site.

Flexible design — impossible to order wrong
Supplied as right-hand variant with 400 V as standard. Conversion to left-hand and voltage change to 230 V done directly on site. Heating coil (electric 4 800 W or water) installed on site. This flexibility eliminates the risk of ordering wrong and saves costs when project requirements change.

With a nominal airflow of 1 300 m³/h at 200 Pa, the ProNordic L110R is ideal for collective ventilation of smaller to medium commercial buildings — apartment buildings, schools, retail spaces and fitness centres. The Ø315 mm circular duct connection minimises pressure losses in the distribution network.
Robust construction for technical rooms
Double-walled panels without thermal bridges ensure excellent thermal insulation and economical operation. Compact dimensions 1 230×1 130×910 mm and gross weight of 181 kg allow installation even in confined spaces. Compact filter 795×380×85 mm captures fine dust and pollen.
Easy installation and servicing
ProNordic L110R is designed with a focus on efficient installation and maintenance. The duct connections are circular Ø315 mm, which minimises pressure losses and simplifies connection to ductwork with larger diameters.
The unit can be disassembled into individual modules — rotor module (43.5 kg), fans (2×9 kg) and doors (2×16 kg) — reducing the net transport weight to 87.5 kg. Compact dimensions allow the unit to be carried through a 90 cm doorway.
Automatic bypass provides free cooling during transitional periods. Filter alarm based on pressure differential alerts when filter replacement is needed.
ProNordic L110R is installed indoors — in a technical room or AHU plant room. The unit must be placed in a dry location protected from the weather. Operating temperature: −30 °C to +40 °C.
ProPanel and ProTouch — two control options
ProPanel is a standard push-button control panel for basic operation and unit status overview. Suitable where simple control without advanced settings is sufficient.
ProTouch is a Siemens touch-screen panel (Android) with an application for local connection to the unit. It offers extended settings, visualisation of operating parameters and alarm history. Both panels are supplied separately as accessories.

ProNordic L110R vs S100R — which model to choose?
ProNordic L110R and S100R cover a similar performance range (1 300 and 1 275 m³/h), but differ primarily in duct connection. L110R uses circular ductwork Ø315 mm, providing lower pressure losses and better suited for projects with existing larger-diameter ductwork. S100R has a Ø250 mm circular connection and fits through a 70 cm door.
For larger spaces consider ProNordic S140R (max. 1 555 m³/h, Ø250 mm), ProNordic S180R (max. 1 800 m³/h) or ProNordic S220R (max. 2 400 m³/h). The full ProNordic range covers airflows from 780 to 6 000 m³/h.
